Summary
This study follows up to 30 adults with tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) who had liver test abnormalities while taking TURALIO. The goal is to track long-term liver failure risk and understand how the drug may cause liver injury. Participants will be monitored after stopping TURALIO, and some may provide optional liver biopsies.
