New drug aims for Long-Term control of bleeding disorder

Summary
This study is checking the long-term safety and effectiveness of an injectable drug called mezagitamab for adults with chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), a condition where the immune system attacks blood platelets. It is a continuation study for about 150 people who have already taken mezagitamab in earlier trials. The main goal is to see how well the drug is tolerated and if it helps maintain safe platelet counts over an extended period.
