First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study follows about 200 glaucoma patients who received the Hydrus implant (often with cataract surgery) to see if it safely lowers eye pressure for 8 to 14 years. Researchers will check pressure, medication use, and quality of life. The goal is to understand how well the implant works over the very long term.
