NCT ID NCT07482228

First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tracks 15,000 people who had a retinal artery occlusion (eye stroke) to see how often they later have heart attacks, strokes, or die from heart-related causes. Researchers will analyze national health records to understand these risks and find out which medications (like blood thinners or statins) work best to prevent future events. The goal is to improve long-term care for eye stroke patients.
