Islet transplant recipients tracked for Long-Term success

Summary

This study follows about 30 people with type 1 diabetes who previously received islet cell transplants in earlier trials. The goal is to see how long the transplanted cells continue to work and to monitor safety. Participants will need to stay on lifelong immunosuppressive medications to prevent rejection of the transplanted cells.
