Summary
This study follows people with inherited changes in the BAP1 gene and other cancer-related genes to learn how mesothelioma and other cancers develop. Participants include both people with mesothelioma and their family members. Researchers collect medical history, saliva, blood, and scans over time to track cancer patterns. The goal is to better understand cancer risk, not to test a new treatment.
