Summary
This study follows adults who previously received a gene therapy (AAV2-hAQP1) for dry mouth caused by radiation treatment for head and neck cancers. Researchers will monitor participants for long-term side effects and how well the therapy continues to work. The goal is to see if this one-time treatment safely helps manage dry mouth over time.
