Gene therapy patients monitored for 15 years in safety follow-up

Summary

This study does not provide any new treatment. It follows up to 1,000 adults who previously received CAR T-cell gene therapy for blood cancers like lymphoma, leukemia, or multiple myeloma. The goal is to watch for long-term side effects, as required by regulators. Participants will have blood draws, annual clinic visits for 4 years, and then yearly phone or email check-ins for 10 more years.
