Summary

This study followed 183 people with treatment-resistant depression for up to two years to check the long-term safety of esketamine nasal spray. Participants had already completed 32 weeks of treatment in a previous study and continued taking both the nasal spray and their regular antidepressant medication. The main goal was to monitor side effects and see how well people maintained their improvement over time.
