Summary

This study looked at the long-term safety of a drug called cytisinicline, taken three times daily for 52 weeks, to help people quit smoking and vaping. It involved 479 adults who had already taken part in earlier studies on the same drug. The main goal was to track any serious side effects, with additional monitoring of other side effects and lab results.
