Summary
This study is testing the long-term safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug called bimekizumab for people with active axial spondyloarthritis, a group of painful inflammatory diseases that primarily affect the spine and joints. The trial includes 508 participants who have already completed earlier studies of this medication. Researchers will monitor patients for over two years to see how well the drug controls symptoms like pain and stiffness and to check for any long-term side effects.
