Summary

This study aimed to check the long-term safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug called GSK1070806 for people with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). It was an extension study for 79 participants who had already completed an earlier trial. The main goal was to monitor for side effects and see if the drug continued to help control skin symptoms and itching over a long period, but the study was terminated early.
