Summary

This study aims to evaluate the long-term safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug called SAR447537 (INBRX-101) for adults with emphysema caused by Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency. The trial will follow 185 participants who continue receiving the treatment to monitor side effects and see if it helps slow lung damage over time. This is an extension study for people who completed a previous trial, focusing on ongoing treatment effects.
