Summary
This study tested whether the antiviral medication Paxlovid could help people suffering from Long COVID. Researchers gave 964 participants either Paxlovid or a placebo pill to see if it improved their brain fog, exercise fatigue, and dizziness. The goal was to see if reducing lingering virus or calming an overactive immune system could relieve these persistent symptoms.
