This study tested whether a simple home program of breathing exercises and daily walking (at least 6000 steps) could ease long COVID symptoms like cough, shortness of breath, and fatigue. Forty adults with long COVID followed the program for six weeks. Researchers tracked symptom changes and lung function to see if the approach helps recovery.
