First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether a drug called 2-HOBA can reduce immune system overactivity in people with Long COVID-related POTS, a condition causing fatigue, dizziness, and rapid heartbeat. Researchers will give 50 participants either 2-HOBA or a placebo for 28 days and measure changes in immune markers and blood flow. The goal is to see if calming the immune response can improve symptoms.
