Summary
This study looks at why some people with Long COVID develop a condition called POTS, which causes a fast heartbeat and fatigue when standing. Researchers want to see if a drug called 2-HOBA can reduce harmful immune activity in the body. About 50 adults with Long COVID POTS will take either the drug or a placebo for 28 days to measure changes in immune cells and blood flow.
