Summary

This study is testing whether an oral medication called abrocitinib can help reduce severe fatigue in adults living with Long COVID. It will compare two different doses of the drug against a placebo pill over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the treatment improves energy levels and overall health status for people struggling with this persistent symptom.
