NCT ID NCT06223971
First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested whether a new radioactive tracer used in PET scans is safe for people with Long COVID. Six adults with a history of COVID-19 (some with ongoing symptoms, some without) received the tracer and MRI scans. The goal was to see if the tracer could reveal differences in brain inflammation between those still suffering from Long COVID and those who fully recovered.
