Saline solution may boost brain power in long COVID sufferers

Summary
This study looks at whether a large dose of IV saline (999 mL) can improve thinking and memory in people with Long COVID or POTS who experience brain fog. Researchers will compare the effects of the large dose to a small placebo dose (50 mL) in 100 adults. The goal is to find a simple way to ease cognitive symptoms.
