Summary
This study is testing a special group therapy program designed to help older adults with mental health conditions feel less lonely. The program, called Awareness, Courage, and Love (ACL) Groups, involves eight sessions. Researchers want to see if this type of group is practical to run and acceptable to participants, and if it shows early signs of reducing loneliness.
