Summary
This study tests a group therapy program called Awareness, Courage, and Love (ACL) for older adults with mental health conditions who feel lonely. About 50 participants will attend 8 group sessions to see if the program is practical and helps reduce loneliness. The goal is to improve emotional well-being and social connection.
