Summary

This phase 2 trial tests whether loncastuximab tesirine can shrink tumors in 20 adults with B-cell lymphomas that have returned or not responded to prior treatment. The drug is a targeted therapy that attaches to a protein on cancer cells and delivers a chemotherapy agent directly to them. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear.
