First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two targeted drugs, loncastuximab tesirine and mosunetuzumab, can safely and effectively treat adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to prior therapy. The drugs work by attaching to cancer cells and either delivering a toxic payload or blocking growth signals. The trial enrolls 36 participants and will monitor side effects and tumor shrinkage.
