Can a second round of radiation extend life for brain cancer patients?

Summary
This study is for people whose glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) has come back after initial treatment. It compares the standard chemotherapy drug lomustine alone versus lomustine plus a second round of radiation. The goal is to see if the combination helps patients live longer without harming quality of life. About 411 participants will be enrolled.
