Summary

This phase 2 trial tests whether combining two drugs, lomustine and anlotinib, can shrink tumors or slow disease in people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. About 46 participants will receive the drug combination by mouth. The study will measure how many patients respond and how long they stay progression-free, while also tracking side effects.
