Can finding meaning help women fight breast cancer anxiety?

NCT ID NCT07267572

Not yet recruiting Symptom relief Sponsor: Elsan Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study aims to see if adding logotherapy—a type of talk therapy focused on finding meaning in life—to standard psychological support helps women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. It will compare anxiety, depression, stress, and quality of life between two groups of 66 participants: one receiving standard support plus logotherapy, and one receiving standard support alone. The goal is to understand if this meaning-focused approach provides better emotional relief during cancer treatment.
