Summary
This phase 3 study tested whether LNZ101 eye drops can safely improve near vision in adults aged 45-75 with presbyopia (age-related blurry close-up vision). 469 participants received the drops and were checked on day one for a three-line or better improvement in reading vision without losing distance vision. The goal is to offer a non-surgical, drop-based option for reading glasses.
