New pill aims to shrink tough cancers when other drugs fail

Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug called LNS8801 to see if it is safe and can help control advanced solid tumors. It is for adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard treatments. The drug will be tested both by itself and in combination with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) to see which approach works better.
