Summary

This early-phase trial is testing an experimental drug called LM-350 in about 80 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The study has two parts: first, to find a safe dose and check for side effects; second, to see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants receive LM-350 by IV every three weeks.
