New hope for advanced cancer: first human trial of LM-168 begins

Summary
This study tests a new drug called LM-168, alone or with another drug toripalimab, in people with advanced solid tumours that have not responded to standard treatments. The first part finds the safest dose, and the second part checks if the drug shrinks tumours. About 87 adults will take part.
