Summary

This study tested a web-based program to improve quality of life and reduce stress in ovarian cancer survivors. 326 women participated, comparing a mindfulness program to a healthy lifestyle program. The goal was to see if the online programs could help with stress, anxiety, mood, and fatigue over 12 months.
