Summary
This study tested a therapy program called LiveWell, which was specially adapted for people living with advanced lung cancer that has spread. The program teaches practical skills to help patients manage the emotional distress, anxiety, and challenges of living with a serious illness. Researchers refined the 8-session program through feedback from a small group of participants to see if it was usable and acceptable.
