First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a special scan (GSA SPECT/CT) to see if it can predict serious liver complications after surgery for liver tumors better than current tests. About 192 adults with liver tumors will get the scan before surgery, and doctors will track their recovery. The goal is to find a safer way to plan surgeries and reduce risks.
