Liver pump trial aims to extend lives in advanced colon cancer

Summary
This study is for people with colon cancer that has spread to the liver and cannot be removed by surgery. It tests if adding a special pump that delivers chemotherapy directly to the liver helps patients live longer than standard chemotherapy alone. The pump is already FDA-approved but is rarely used early in treatment. Researchers want to see if using it sooner is more effective.
