Summary

This study is for people with colorectal cancer that has spread only to the liver and is considered high-risk. It compares standard chemotherapy alone to chemotherapy plus a targeted liver procedure. The goal is to see if the combined approach is better at shrinking tumors and controlling the cancer in the liver.
