Summary
This study aims to understand why liver problems are common after a stem cell transplant, a treatment for cancers and other diseases. Researchers will follow 500 children and adults for up to 4 years, performing tests like blood work, scans, and liver biopsies to see who develops liver issues and why. The goal is to gather knowledge to help future patients, not to test a new treatment.
