First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looked at how the drug olomorasib enters the blood and how long it takes the body to clear it in people with mild, moderate, or severe liver problems compared to those with healthy livers. A total of 46 adults took a single dose and were monitored for safety and drug levels. The goal is to understand if liver impairment affects drug handling, which can guide future dosing.
