Scientists test drug safety in people with liver issues

NCT ID NCT04546789

Summary

This small, completed study aimed to understand how liver problems affect how the body processes a drug called evobrutinib. It involved 24 people, some with healthy livers and some with mild or moderate liver impairment. Each participant received a single dose so researchers could measure the drug's levels and safety in their blood.
