Summary

This study aims to understand how a cancer drug called tazemetostat is processed by the body in people who have both advanced cancer and moderate to severe liver problems. Researchers will compare blood levels and safety of the drug in these participants to others with cancer and normal liver function. The goal is to gather information to help guide safe dosing for future patients with similar conditions.
