Scientists hunt for DNA clues to predict liver failure survival

NCT ID NCT07275554

Summary

This study aims to understand how chemical tags on DNA (methylation) differ in patients with severe hepatitis B-related liver failure. Researchers will analyze blood samples from 100 patients to identify patterns linked to better or worse outcomes. The goal is to build a prediction tool that helps doctors assess a patient's risk and guide their care more effectively.
