Summary
This study aims to gather information on a specific blood test (hepatomiR) to see if it can predict when patients with advanced chronic liver disease might develop serious complications like fluid buildup or internal bleeding. Researchers will follow 156 adult outpatients with significant liver scarring to collect this data. The goal is to better understand what leads to these complications, which could help doctors manage risks for future patients.
