Summary
This study looked at how a single dose of the drug MCI-186 behaves in the body of people with severe liver disease compared to healthy people. Twelve adults took part to measure drug levels and safety. The goal was to understand how liver problems affect the drug's processing, not to treat the liver condition itself.
