Researchers track blood clues in parasitic liver cyst patients
NCT ID NCT07333612
Summary
This study aims to understand how blood test patterns differ between patients whose inactive liver cysts were treated with medication and those whose cysts became inactive on their own. Researchers will enroll 100 adults with these specific parasitic cysts in the liver. The goal is to gather knowledge that may help predict cyst behavior and guide future care, but this study itself does not test a new treatment.
