Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether adding three drugs—SHR-8068, adebrelimab, and bevacizumab—to a standard liver-directed procedure (TACE) can better control incurable hepatocellular carcinoma. About 690 adults with liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed will receive either the drug combination or a placebo, alongside TACE. The study measures how long the cancer stays under control and overall survival.
