New combo attack on Tough-to-Treat liver cancer

NCT ID NCT05096715

Summary

This study is testing the safety of combining two immunotherapy drugs (atezolizumab and bevacizumab) with a precise form of radiation therapy for advanced liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to see if this three-part approach can better control the cancer and limit its return. The study will enroll about 20-32 participants with specific types of advanced liver cancer to monitor side effects and early signs of effectiveness.
