Summary

This study is testing whether combining two immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab and tremelimumab) with a targeted internal radiation treatment (Y-90 SIRT) is safe and effective for people with intermediate-stage liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this three-part approach can shrink tumors and control the cancer. The study will enroll about 55 adults with liver cancer who have not had prior systemic cancer therapy.
