New hope for tough liver cancer: targeted chemo pump tested

Summary
This study is for people with a type of bile duct cancer in the liver that cannot be removed by surgery. It compares standard chemotherapy to the same chemotherapy plus a second drug delivered directly to the liver via a special pump. The goal is to see if the combined treatment can keep the cancer from growing for a longer period of time than the standard treatment alone.
