Radiation and Dual-Drug attack on tough liver tumors

NCT ID NCT07128355

Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether combining two immunotherapy drugs (botensilimab and balstilimab) with targeted radiation can help control a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. It is for patients whose cancer has not responded well to standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to first check if this combination is safe and manageable, while also seeing if it can shrink tumors in the liver and elsewhere in the body.
