Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called ALN-BCAT, both by itself and combined with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab), for people with advanced liver cancer that has spread. The main goals are to find safe doses and see how well the body handles the treatment. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps shrink tumors in patients whose cancer has a specific genetic change and has worsened after at least one prior therapy.
